To whom it may concern,
I am pleased to write this letter of reference for Brian Rooney. We have both sold and purchased a home throughBrian and his team. We were very pleased with the service we received on both transactions.
The home we sold was not an easy home to sell due to being on a busy street and having a messy neighbour. They did an excellent job marketing this home-utilizing all available technologies and helping us prepare our home for sale. Marleane did some excellent decorating work to help us show our home in its best light. Brian was very helpful in recommending workers to hire for last minute landscaping work. I felt they all put a great deal of energy into networking with other realtors to market our home. Both the MLS and Homelife realtor tours came through our home. In addition, our home was listed on the Internet – complete with pictures and virtual tour. The people who bought our home had the opportunity to get a great deal of information about the home even before they saw it in person. I felt very confident in the advice I received regarding pricing our home after seeing the exhaustive effort Brian made in market research. In interacting with other realtors who showed our home, I felt Brian and the team were very well respected by their peers in their profession.
Once our home had sold our search for a new home began in earnest. I can only describe their efforts to help us find a new home as tireless. They not only worked hard to find us a home but also stayed positive and encouraging when it seemed that we would never find the right place. By all accounts, we were very picky in our choice and Brian never pressured us to purchase something that was not right for us. When we did find the right home he negotiated an excellent purchase price and followed through to make sure the transaction went smoothly.
In closing, I would like to state that I would have no hesitation recommending Brian and his Langley Home Team to any prospective purchaser or vendor. They are a fantastic team and do fantastic work.
